New England Solar Power has developed there own Ground Mount Framing system which is now available for other Solar Installers to purchase and use.

The NESP Ground Mount Frame System has been engineered to accept modules from 6 major manufacturers. It is made from galvanised steel, engineered for AS 1170.2 and is easily adjustable from 5 degree to 45 degree lift angles, to optimise output.

There are different “Bay Frame” sizes – up to 7 modules between each 2 posts, dependent on the modules. Suits system sizes from 4 to 40000 modules.
Any combination of bay frames can be used to achieve the length of row you want. Match string
configurations or site dimensions.

E.g.. (6+5+4)

Small excavation and concrete requirements: A 10kWp installation in 2 rows of 28 modules(7+7+7+7)(7+7+7+7) can be secured with as little as 0.6 cubic m of concrete and assembled using hand tools with no on site welding required.

The posts are secured to reinforced concrete footings by your choice of either cast in bolts,chemical anchors, or cast in "sockets"(welding required). We are currently experimenting with screw piers as a further alternative.

Integrated cable duct, components are laser cut, hot dip galvanised and manufactured in Australia. It is a cost competitive alternative to roof mounted framing systems.

Our system has been thoroughly tested with over 250kWp of this framing installed in the New England - North-West NSW region.
